English, at least Upper Intermediate. At least 4-5 years as HR Senior/Supervisor/Manager/Director in companies with 500+ headcount and direct subordinates
Other: Human resources management courses (good to have), MBA (nice to have), excellent working knowledge of RK labor legislation, dual focus (HR Manager needs to consider the needs of both employees and management), follows business ethics, strategic oriented, motivates people/team, experienced in recruitment, talent development areas, human relations handling skills, leadership skills, negotiating skills, business / culture awareness and commitment, good presentation skills, knowledge of advanced HR systems
Organizes the work of HR department services: human resource planning, recruitment / selection, employee development, reward systems, employee relations, health/safety management, staff amenities, salary administration, personnel administration, etc
Provides guidance to management: recommendations on HR strategies, culture change, approaches to the improvements of process capability, performance management , benefits management, HR policies/ procedures
Contribute to the long term / strategic organizational issues like: organization development, quality of worklife
Monitors and make sure that HR procedues/policies are in place and followed.
