Performs management of financial and economic activity of the organization in the field of material support, preparation and storage of raw materials, sale of production and services in the market and under contracts of delivery, transport and administrative service, providing effective and target use of material and financial resources, decrease in their losses, acceleration of turnover of current assets.
Organizes participation of the services subordinated and structural divisions in drawing up long-term and current plans of production and production realization, definition of long-term strategy of commercial activity and financial plans of the organization, and also in development of standards on material support of quality of production, the organization of storage and raw materials transportation, sale of finished goods and services.
Takes measures for the timely conclusion of economic and financial contracts with suppliers and consumers of production and services, to expansion of direct and long economic connections, provides implementation of contractual obligations on production deliveries (by quantity, the nomenclature, the range, quality, terms and other terms of delivery).
Exercises control of realization of production and services, organization material support, a financial and economic performance of activity of the organization, behind the correct expenditure of current assets and target use of financial means, cessation of production of production and the services, not having sale, and provides timely payment of a salary to workers and employees.
Directs development of measures for resource-saving and complex use of material resources, to improvement of rationing of an expense of raw materials, materials, current assets and stocks of material values, improvement of economic indicators and formation of system of economic indicators of work of the organization, production efficiency increase, strengthening of financial discipline, the prevention of education and elimination of excess stocks of inventory items, and also an over expenditure of material resources.
Participates on behalf of the organization in fairs, the auction, at exhibitions, the exchanges on advertising and realization of products and services.
Develops strong community and public relations by ensuring property participation in local, regional and national tradeshows and client events.
Develops sales goals and strategies and ensures alignment with the brand business strategy.
Executes the sales strategy and ensures individual booking goals are met for both self and staff.
Coaches leaders of revenue generating departments in developing effective revenue strategies and setting aggressive goals that will drive the property's financial performance.
Ensures the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.
Ensures Sales team understands and is leveraging MI demand engines to full potential.
Ensures focus is on proactive selling as well as reactive selling.
Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications.
Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.
Researches competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.
Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.
Suggests innovative marketing ideas and proactively develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.
Organize carrying out the necessary accounts and drawing up the reporting.
